10 Steps to a Successful Fundraisier


1. Choose a start date.
2. Choose  which fundraising program will best fit your school
3.  Set a goal and make sure everyone knows our goal and what the monies raised will be used for.
4. Work with your representative to construct a information letter that goes home to your parents explaining

all about the program.
5. Distribute the student packets
6. Conduct an kick off assembly to explain the program to all the students and staff
7. Promote the program using our FREE marketing material and school marquee
8. Make daily announcements reminding students and teachers of the dates, prizes and goal (your Elan

Rep will have suggestions for you)
9. Reminder notes send home day before money and orders are due
10. Award students and parents for their hard work in helping your school raise money (your Elan Rep

will have suggestions for you)
